Upon arrival to the destination country, international orders may be subject to duties and taxes billed by the destination country customs department. The recipient must bear additional charges for customs clearance; we have no control over such charges and cannot predict what they may be.

All items on our site are priced and charged in US Dollars. The exact change rate is determined by the bank that issued your credit card, but it should match closely with current exchange rates. Items purchased from LuccaCouture.com (not from third party retailers) are eligible for a refund if returned within 7 days of your purchase.

Returns made for store credit will be processed free of charge or to your original payment. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and with all original tags intact. Try to keep the product the way you received it when returning.

Sending Your Return

• For Non-Damaged items: Please send back to 629 E. 30th St, Los Angeles, CA 90011 using your carrier of choice
• For damaged items: Affix the pre-paid USPS shipping label onto a box and drop it off at the nearest USPS drop-off location.

  Note: Pack your returns in a size-appropriate box and attach the pre-paid shipping label.
