Items purchased from LuccaCouture.com (not from third party retailers) are eligible for a refund if returned within 7 days of your purchase.
Returns made for store credit will be processed free of charge or to your original payment. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and with all original tags intact. Try to keep the product the way you received it when returning.
Sending Your Return
