    Arrival time is not guaranteed. For major metropolitan areas orders shipped via USPS 2-3 Day Priority will arrive in approximately 2 days. Outside major metropolitan areas orders will arrive in approximately 3 days.

    DUTIES + TAXES

    Upon arrival to the destination country, international orders may be subject to duties and taxes billed by the destination country customs department. The recipient must bear additional charges for customs clearance; we have no control over such charges and cannot predict what they may be. 

    CURRENCY

    All items on our site are priced and charged in US Dollars. The exact change rate is determined by the bank that issued your credit card, but it should match closely with current exchange rates.     RETURNS

    Items purchased from LuccaCouture.com (not from third party retailers) are eligible for a refund if returned within 14 days of your purchase.

    Returns made for store credit will be processed free of charge, while a refund to your original payment (credit or debit card, paypal) will result in a fee of $6.99 deducted from the amount refunded back to you. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

    Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and with all original tags intact. Try to keep the product the way you received it when returning.

    Sending Your Return

    • Please email us at po.lucca@gmail.com for a Return Authorization.  
    • Complete the Return Authorization form with the corresponding return code. Include the form inside the box.
    • Affix the pre-paid USPS shipping label onto a box and drop it off at the nearest USPS drop-off location.

      Note: Pack your returns in a size-appropriate box and attach the pre-paid shipping label.

    LuccaCouture.com reserves the right to deny the refund if the the returned products does not meet our Returns guidelines.

    Refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment, and will post approximately 7-10 days after the date of processing. Most returns will process in 2-3 weeks. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement. We appreciate your patience!
