Items purchased from LuccaCouture.com (not from third party retailers) are eligible for a refund if returned within 7 days of your purchase.
Returns made for store credit will be processed free of charge or to your original payment. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and with all original tags intact. Try to keep the product the way you received it when returning.
Sending Your Return

- For Non-Damaged items: Please send back to 629 E. 30th St, Los Angeles, CA 90011 using your carrier of choice

For damaged items: Affix the pre-paid USPS shipping label onto a box and drop it off at the nearest USPS drop-off location.
Note: Pack your returns in a size-appropriate box and attach the pre-paid shipping label.
